The IGA will host its annual Club Forum on Monday, April 5^th at Otter Creek Golf Course in Ankeny. This year’s seminar will feature speakers who will focus on several environmental issues facing the golf industry. Members Net Tour Announcements

The Iowa Golf Association (IGA) is changing the way events will be scored on the Members Net Tour (MNT) in 2010 as well as adding additional playing incentives for all IGA members. IGA Makes Minor Changes to Player of the Year Point System

The Iowa Golf Association Board of Directors approved minor changes recommended by the IGA Rules and Competitions Committee to the annual Player of the Year races at their spring meeting March 6^th. The Ridge Golf Club

The Ridge Golf Club was designed by Jerry Slack and Associates of Tulsa, OK and was developed by Landscapes Unlimited of Lincoln, NE. The club, located in Sioux Center, is one of the new jewels of Iowa golf and opened for play in 2009. This northwest Iowa course was constructed in and around two large drainage basins that are divided by a prominent "ridge" upon which the clubhouse area is located. Each basin contains 9 holes laid out in a parkland style arrangement. The Ridge will host an IGA Members Net Tour event in 2010 and figures to play prominently in future IGA scheduling.
