Marsh De Martelaere
Marsh De Martelaere, from Cedar Rapids, worked in golf course management for 50 years. He was the head Golf Course Superintendent at Elmcrest Country Club in Cedar Rapids for over 40 years. He also started the Iowa Golf Course Superintendents Association, and was the first Iowa superintendent to be certified by the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America back in 1972.
