Jack Rule
In the late 1950’s and the early 1960’s Jack Rule had an incredible impact on Iowa golf. Jack won back to back Iowa Amateur titles in 1958 and 1959 just before the Amateur changed to a stroke play event in 1960. Jack continued his strong play into the next two years as he won titles at the Iowa Masters in 1960 and the Northwest Amateur in 1961. In his career, Jack won a total of 5 Iowa Major Titles.
