Iowa Golf Association Announces Distance Marker Special for Member Clubs

IGA Foundation to receive funding from the sale of preeminent granite signage

Urbandale, IA – The Iowa Golf Association (IGA) has entered into a partnership with Tee to Green Custom Signage (TTGCS) that will provide IGA member clubs the opportunity to purchase high-quality custom granite yardage markers and golf course signage at wholesale costs.

As part of the partnership agreement TTG Custom Signage will make a $5.00 donation to the IGA Foundation for every marker sold to help support the establishment of a permanent home for the Iowa Golf Hall of Fame as well as supporting a variety of on-going and future golf programs throughout Iowa.

“We are very pleased to form this partnership with TTGCS to offer IGA member clubs this outstanding line of products” said Bill Dickens, IGA Executive Director.  “Course superintendents, managers and owners will be able to customize their yardage plates and tee blocks while directly supporting the Iowa Golf Hall of Fame project and other programs that benefit the future of the game of golf in Iowa.”

The IGA plans to have samples available to view at the upcoming Iowa Turfgrass Conference and Tradeshow at the Polk County Convention Complex January 19-21.

A long-time presence at prestigious courses across North America, TTGCS granite yardage plates are an ideal solution for course operators looking to cut down on annual maintenance costs, enhance speed-of-play, improve upon the look and feel of the course.
