Klein finished in a two-way tie for 3rd. Laura Leszczynski , 2018 Senior Women's Amateur Champion, was in familiar territory at the top of the leaderboard and also at her home club of Indianola CC. She used both to her advantage by firing a final round 70, which was enough to overtake Janece Schwartzkopf by one stroke and capture the title.
