His dedication to the golf course shows and he is also dedicated to grow- ing the game of golf through his support of the Iowa Golf Association, Iowa Golf Course Superintendent’s Association, and others.” - Don Tracy Rice Lake G&CC offers so much, including a trio of experiencing its beauty, the challenges it offers, and the people who hold the course close to their hearts. This year’s recipient embodies the standards and qualities of the award through more than a decade of service to the Iowa Golf Association Foundation and, more recently, for his leadership role in making the dream of a Golf House Iowa facility become reality. “To receive this award and to be included among such a distinguished list of past recipients is a great honor for me and my family,” said Taylor. “The game of golf is a journey, not a destination, and I consider my work with the IGA along those same lines.
