71 CHAMPIONSHIP SPONSORS PRACTICE ROUND TEE GIFTS The six players below committed to playing 100 holes of competitive golf leading up to the first round of the 100th Iowa Women’s Amateur. Each participant had to play in a sanctioned tournament, whether it was an IGA event, college event, club championship, or other state association event for their rounds to count towards their 100 holes. Donors could make a one-time contribution to a player’s fundraiser or they could pledge per hole, birdie, eagle, etc. Money raised went towards the 100th Iowa Women’s Amateur, and any net proceeds were donated to the Iowa Golf Association Foundation to support women’s programming. 100 COMPETITIVE HOLES FUNDRAISER PRESENTING $10,000 raised! With the generosity of Johnstone’s children (Jean Ann & Joseph Grabias) and nephew (Casey Martin), the winner of each championship received the Ann Casey Johnstone sponsorship. The family has raised $5,000 in Ann’s honor to help alleviate the unexpected costs surrounding travel and lodging at these national championships.
