In 2024, engaging visual content such as interactive posts helped keep members connected and informed all season. The IGA also delivered timely and relevant information through well-designed email newsletters, providing updates on tournaments, member benefits, and golf-related news. The IGA also maintained a user-friendly website that provided event schedules, registration details, and news that kept members engaged. Clear and Consistent Messaging In 2024, the IGA worked hard to provide clear, consistent, and transparent communication about event changes, registration deadlines, and any changes in association policies. This kind of clarity reduced confusion and built trust with members.
