U.S. GIRLS’ JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP
Synder qualifies for 2016 U.S. Girls’ Junior
Fourteen-year-old, Britta Snyder of Ames, Iowa qualified
for the 2016 U.S. Girls’ Junior Amateur at the sectional
qualifier at Riverside Golf Club in Grand Island, NE.
Synder posted a round of 77 (+5) to earn the second spot
into the championship by a single stroke.
At the Championship proper, held at The Ridgewood
Country Club, Paramus, N.J., Synder was unable to earn
her way into match play following rounds of 87-81.
Snyder finished 12 stokes out of a playoff to make it into
the match play portion of the championship.
