In addition you will be recognized on our website, on social media and in the next IGA Yearbook.

Simply send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

• Full Name (as you would like it to appear on your certificate)
• IGA Membership number (i.e. GHIN number)
• Date of hole-in-one
• Course where ace occurred
• Hole number and yardage
• Club used
• Address to send certificate
• Have a picture? Send that too!
