Iowa Cup Team Standings
This year will mark the 59th playing of the Iowa Cup Matches which are held annually between the states top amateurs and professionals. In 2026 the event will be staged at Des Moines Golf & Country Club on September 29 & 30.
The format of the event remains the same. Four-Ball and Foursome (alternate shot) matches will take place in the morning and afternoon, respectively, of day one while Singles matches will be held on day two.
Totals are calculated using Player of the Year point events starting on July 31, 2025 (including any USGA events). Points will accumulate through July 29, 2026 for all players (end of the Iowa Amateur).
Each team will consist of 12 players. The 12-player teams will include 10 Open Division players and 2 Senior Division players.
NOTE – Due to NCAA rules, college players may not be eligible to compete.
